Giri Gingelly oil is sourced from our traditional oil millers, who have been supplying to us for decades. The Gingelly seeds used in the process are a unique combination of brown and black sesame seeds that are directly procured from naturally harvested crops in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The sesame oil is typically extracted using wooden rotary crusher widely known as “Mara Chekku” or “Kachi Ghani”, the gingelly oil produced for us usually has an unmatched and a distinct taste and colour.
